Pushing the boundaries on product thinking: Fostering innovation and collaboration to drive growth
For over a decade, UX Days has sparked creativity and conversation within our design community. In 2025, we’re excited to launch a new chapter: Product and UX Days.
As the lines between design, product, and technology continue to blur, we’re expanding our mindset. From harnessing the potential of AI to rethinking how teams collaborate, this year’s agenda encourages us to be bold, curious, and open to change. Together, we’ll discover how combining diverse perspectives leads to better products.

What is the workshop at this year's Product & UX Days?
Workshop
This year, we’re leveling up — merging the worlds of Product and UX into one powerful experience: Product and UX Days. Across two energizing days, we’ll explore innovation, collaboration, and leadership through inspiring talks, interactive challenges, and hands-on demos.

During the workshop, teams will work together to leverage AI to reimagine onboarding for their products.
Teams will demo their ideas to other teams within the same domain, and vote for a stage winner.
Stage winners will then demo their ideas to everyone, with the chance of bringing home a big prize!
Who are the speakers at this year's Product & UX Days?
Meet the speakers
This year’s Product and UX Days brings together a diverse lineup of voices to inspire, challenge, and spark new thinking. We’re excited to welcome two renowned external speakers, and passionate contributors from across our companies. Through lightning talks and deep dives, they’ll share stories, insights, and strategies that push the boundaries on product thinking.

Marty Cagan founded the Silicon Valley Product Group (SVPG) in 2001 to pursue his interests in helping others create successful products through his writing, speaking, advising and coaching.
Prior to that, Marty served as an executive responsible for defining and building products for some of the most successful companies in the world, including Hewlett-Packard and eBay.
In this session we will focus on the necessary role of product leadership (managers of product, design and engineering) in an empowered product team company. Leadership is hard, and having empowered product teams doesn't mean you can just sit back and relax. As a plus, we will also dive into the implications of AI on product leadership and collaboration.

Leah Tharin is a leading Product-led Growth Advisor for scaling B2B companies and former Interim CPGO of GotPhoto (EQT) where she now serves in the board.
She led products like Jua.ai and the core product at Smallpdf with over 50 million monthly active users. She is a program creator, lecturer, executive coach and a portfolio growth advisor to VC funds like Notion Capital.
In this session we will learn about why Growth is such an important concept to understand and what the future of product management in tech looks like based on insights from dozens of B2B scale up companies.

Jacob Nyman is the AI Director at Visma Group, where he leads strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams to drive AI innovation across the organization. With a strong focus on practical impact, he empowers employees to leverage AI tools that enhance productivity and create real value.
Jacob will share how Visma is actively shaping the future of AI—driving innovation, enabling smarter ways of working, and embedding AI into products and processes. Get an inside look at Visma’s AI vision and what it means for the road ahead.
